Sildigra, which contains sildenafil citrate as its active ingredient, is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It can be taken with or without food, but a heavy or high-fat meal may slow down its effectiveness. Sildigra works by relaxing the blood vessels, which increases blood flow to the penis when a man is sexually aroused. It doesn't cause an erection without sexual stimulation. Vision changes, prolonged erection (priapism), chest pain, sudden hearing loss. Avoid alcohol and grapefruit juice, which can affect how the drug works. Caution if you have heart, liver, or kidney conditions.
